Steve Tautonico fb2dd3bd6f chore: Fixed some missing dependencies in package.json ...

The backend was missing "reflect-metadata"
and the frontend was missing "@emotion/react" and "@emotion/server".

Also added JetBrains specific stuff in .gitignore
